High School Chemistry with Lab
This high school chemistry course explores the order and complexity of atoms and their interactions with each other. It will emphasize the basic chemical interactions between atoms, compounds, and molecules. It provides an introduction to chemistry suitable for students in a college preparatory program. It is aimed for students who have previously studied Physical Science and Algebra I. This course is designed to give students an appreciation of the order and complexity of atoms and their interactions with each other. The course will emphasize the basic chemical interactions between atoms, compounds, and molecules. This course is the second semester in a year-long course. Lectures will be virtual (online live) and labs will be held outside with social distancing and masks once a month in Springfield, VA.
